Using the site
By using tilecalc.org, you agree to use the site lawfully and to treat its calculators and content as planning tools. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Planning results only
Results are calculated from the values you enter and the definition published on the page. They are not professional advice, an installer quote, an inspection, a permit, a certification, or a promise that a product or installation will perform as expected. Verify measurements, product data, local requirements, and supplier information before acting.
Acceptable use
- Do not overload, disrupt, probe, or attempt to bypass access controls on the service.
- Do not present a calculator result as a code approval, professional certification, product warranty, or inspection.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, confidential, or personal information that you are not authorized to share.
- Do not systematically copy, resell, or republish the calculator library or its content as a competing service without permission.
Content and sources
Site text, calculator definitions, presentation, and code are owned by the site operator or used under an applicable licence. Standards, manufacturer documents, and other third-party materials remain with their publishers. A source reference is not a licence to reproduce an entire standard or product document.
Availability and changes
Calculators, formulas, defaults, sources, and pages may be corrected, revised, withdrawn, or replaced. The site is provided on an as-available basis. There is no uptime commitment, response-time guarantee, or promise that an old result will remain reproducible after a definition changes. Keep your own copy of any result you need for a project record.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without a warranty that they are complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular project. The operator is not responsible for loss caused by relying on a planning estimate, including material, labor, rework, delay, inspection, or project costs. Nothing here limits a right that cannot legally be waived where you live.
